Any damage or negligence will result in additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

5. Delivery & Installation

6. Service, Support & Maintenance
During the rental period, Troniex will provide technical support and scheduled maintenance. Emergency visits or misuse-related repairs may be chargeable. Consumables or accessories not covered under rental must be procured separately.

7. Cancellation & Early Termination
Either party may terminate the rental agreement with written notice as per the contract. Early termination charges may apply. Equipment must be returned within the specified time frame in full working condition with all accessories.

8. Intellectual Property
All product designs, trademarks, and content found on the Troniex website are the property of Troniex or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
Troniex shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized handling, or delayed procedures due to third-party interference or unavoidable circumstances. The user assumes full responsibility for proper usage of the rented equipment.
